Job Title : Product Manager
Location : Mumbai
Responsibilities :
Should have a good knowledge of LED products & solutions
Identify the markets with the highest potential growth for the Company
Implement the most appropriate sales strategy to penetrate these markets
Coordinate sales strategy with the Business Development & Marketing team
Ability to lead and motivate a high- performance sales team
Create regional sales plans in alignment with business objectives
Report on regional sales results
Forecast quarterly and annual profits
Meets regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions
Implement sales strategies for all components in the assigned accounts and territories
Identify new opportunities with either existing or new customer to build future growth
Coordinate efforts to support the customers with manufacturer's sales reps, customer service, and distributors
